In our Cuvee Wild Nature, our beloved Bettadakhan is prepared by farmer Jakob Mammen with an excellent Canephora - natural and is therefore accompanied by beautiful sweetness and complexity. The whole thing results in a great espresso with a lot of body and a nice crema, but thanks to Jakob's Selection Nine it has a balance that doesn't make it too powerful. With lovely notes of hazelnut, cardamom and banana. A great coffee that also looks good in milk drinks.
