Similar to the BigStep, the Nexus Pro is manufactured 0.2mm larger than the industry standard.
Thanks to the extremely precise manufacturing, 99.5% of the portafilter surface is covered. The increased area reduces channeling and improves extraction uniformity.
Conical side surfaces reduce the “vacuum effect” that is common with larger tampers.

High-quality 431 stainless steel allows the production of a razor-sharp edge that wants to be treated like a high-quality knife. Under no circumstances should it be hit against hard surfaces or dropped.

Danger:
Due to the increased surface area and very precise manufacturing, the Nexus Pro is only suitable for use with precision screens such as the Pullman Filtration876 baskets.

Zebrano (Microberlinia bisculata) belongs to the genus of carob trees and grows up to 40 m high. It has a light wood with narrow dark brown to almost black stripes, reminiscent of a zebra pattern. Zebrano is hard, brittle and is used in interior design for cars, in furniture construction and for turning objects

Its unique grain is the reason for its popularity. Easy to clean with a damp cloth.
