Complete tamper consisting of:

Nexus Pro Base - Nexus Handle Olive

Pullman Nexus Pro: Further development of the Nexus

Similar to the BigStep, the Nexus Pro is manufactured 0.2mm larger than the industry standard.
Thanks to the extremely precise manufacturing, 99.5% of the portafilter surface is covered. The increased area reduces channeling and improves extraction uniformity.
Conical side surfaces reduce the “vacuum effect” that is common with larger tampers.

High-quality 431 stainless steel allows the production of a razor-sharp edge that wants to be treated like a high-quality knife. Under no circumstances should it be hit against hard surfaces or dropped.

Danger:
Due to the increased surface area and very precise manufacturing, the Nexus Pro is only suitable for use with precision screens such as the Pullman Filtration876 baskets.

Does NOT fit standard sieves!

Pullman Nexus Handle - Olive
If you can do without the features of the Big Step, the Nexus is a first-class, handcrafted quality product from Australia that can be customized with a variety of handles.

Olive (Olea Europaea)
The olive tree grows as an evergreen tree and reaches heights of 10 to 20 meters. The olive is used in furniture construction and especially in kitchen utensils. The wood is cream to yellow-brown, with darker brown or black contrasting stripes. Color tends to deepen with age.

Warm and natural to the touch. Clean carefully with a damp cloth, the olive does not tolerate long contact with water. The hardwood handles are very popular and provide a great contrast to stainless steel machines and work surfaces.
