Fully Washed, Columbia I Natural, UgandaIn the Short Break cuvée, we paired our Planadas, which has now gained many regular customers, with a wonderfully balanced Canephora from Uganda. Thanks to the perfectly prepared Bukoba, which as a natural has a nice sweetness, the Short Break gains depth and body, which is particularly useful as an espresso (portafilter), in a fully automatic machine and in the Bialetti. The Short Break develops balanced aromas of chocolate and almond with a slight note of melon, which gives it a nice lightness despite its overall spicy character. With a pronounced crema and full body, the Short Break is the perfect coffee for a short break in between.
