The Criollo is known as the finest cocoa variety, low bitterness and astringent acids combined with a complex aroma distinguish the Criollo from conventional types of cocoa. Our Criollo is of the Indio Rojo/Mayan Red variety and comes from Finca Virginia in Guatemala.


In the raw version you have the original, authentic taste of this great cocoa: pure cocoa with hints of vanilla, apple and rose petals.
