Fine notes of marzipan and honey with a hint of cassis without any pronounced acidity make El Jilguero the ideal choice for lovers of harmonious, chocolaty coffees. The El Jilguero is suitable for all types of preparation, and as espresso it develops a pronounced but not astringent fruit note, which combines with milk to form a harmonious, mild cappuccino without bitter overtones. The lack of bitterness also makes it an ideal coffee for the French press and for hand brewing.
