Our newest Ethiopian is a washed heirloom coffee from the Sheka Biosphere Reserve in Ethiopia. Heirloom coffee means that this coffee consists of many wild coffee varieties that have been cultivated for generations, which are cultivated and hand-picked by many small farmers in a laborious process.

Fruity-floral with the dominant blueberry and at the same time a beautiful sweetness reminiscent of honey, the Bosoko is ideal for all types of filters, but is also highly recommended as a fruity espresso.
