The Sarchimor is a coffee variety from the Hibrido di Timor line. Grown and classically fully washed by Tomas Edelmann in Mexico, the Sarchimor impresses with distinctive stone fruit notes (apricot), complemented by lime and chocolate. A real rarity with only 10 bags weighing 30 kilos each, the Sarchimor is excellent as a fruity espresso and in the corresponding milk drinks. But also a real pleasure in the Kalita or Chemex.
