The Acaia Pearl™ sets a new standard in coffee scales. The Pearl, which measures precisely to a tenth of a gram, responds to the smallest changes within 2 ms, making it faster than most scales and providing direct feedback.

The Pearl is large enough to easily weigh a complete portafilter: this makes weighing each individual espresso shot child's play: switch it on, place the portafilter, press the T (tare) button, grind, weigh again: the coffee is weighed exactly in seconds, without having to take the detour via other vessels. A real alternative, especially for mills that don't grind quite as consistently. And it’s a daily routine in high-end coffee bars anyway.

But the Pearl can do much more: thanks to the brewing function with timer, it is the ideal scale for brewing: whether V60, Chemex or Kalita.
The protective, removable silicone cover makes it possible to brew a pour-over directly on the scale.

The Acaia Pearl™ can also be operated via an app. This allows you to stop the brewing time and save recipes. Quickly calculating the ratio of water to coffee and accurately recording the perfect coffees are further advantages of the mobile app. The program can be operated with all iOS and Android devices.
