Pulped Natural, BrazilA great Catuai Vermelho (red Catuai) from Fazendas Dutra in Brazil. It grows on the “Torre Taquara Preta” plot at an altitude of 1250m on feralsolic soil. This gives it a distinct nutty note, complemented by hints of cocoa and agave syrup. Walter & Ednilson Dutra's honey processing (pulped natural) also gives this red Catuai a fantastic sweetness. This great Brazilian is suitable for all types of preparation.
