His requirements for his daily favorite coffee were anything but trivial: it should be harmonious, not too bitter, but not too extravagantly floral-fruity either, it should work as espresso and in milk drinks and should be enjoyed throughout the day. The result after many tests and tastings with Timo is a cuvée of a washed Old Paradenia from India and a composition of Brazilian naturals that give this coffee a wonderful sweetness and harmony. It also maintains this balance when combined with milk in a flat white or cappuccino. A real daily espresso. We like it and taste it just as much as Timo.
