The BigStep is the non-plus-ultra among tampers and it is not for nothing that it has won countless titles in barista and latte art championships. With a diameter of 58.55 mm and extremely low tolerances of +/- 0.02 mm, the Big-Step fits exactly into the precision sieves specially made for the Pullman system and thus avoids any channeling from the outset.

Patented 'Step' ensures that, despite the extreme fit of the tamper base to the sieve, no vacuum is created when lifting after tamping.

Danger:
Pullman cannot control the wide range of different inside diameters across many brands and weight ratings of precision screens.
Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the BigStep is compatible with screens from third-party manufacturers.
We therefore strongly recommend purchasing Pullman Filtration Baskets. These are perfectly adapted to the BigStep base and checked by hand.

Pullman Barista Handle - ZEBRANO

Zebrano (Microberlinia bisculata) belongs to the genus of carob trees and grows up to 40 m high.

It has a light wood with narrow dark brown to almost black stripes, reminiscent of a zebra pattern. Zebrano is hard, brittle and is used in interior design for cars, in furniture construction and for turning objects.

Its unique grain is the reason for its popularity.
