Our Early Bird is a classic nutty-chocolate espresso without any pronounced bitter flavors and at the same time low in fruit acids. This is ensured by the perfect harmony of the Catuais from Brazil and the Indian Old Paradenia in a 60/40 ratio. As always, both coffees are roasted as single origin and only put together after roasting. Suitable for all types of espresso-based preparation (espresso, cappuccino, flat white, etc.) in a portafilter, fully automatic machine or in a Herkanne/Bialetti.
