The Baratza Encore is particularly recommended for making filter coffee, as it also has a collecting container. Thanks to the 40mm thick conical gel grinder, it delivers a much more homogeneous grinding result than mills with an impact grinder. The integrated speed control ensures a constant torque of 450 rpm. An automatic switch-off system is also installed, which switches off the mill if foreign bodies enter it.
