Pure Shea Butter provides both care and protection for the face and body. Pure shea butter supports the elasticity of the skin tissue, protects the skin from drying out, moisturizes and accelerates the healing of superficial skin irritations and injuries. Pure shea butter is gentle care for the delicate skin on the face, neck and décolleté and is pleasant as a lubricant during massages.

Pure shea butter can be used as a lip balm, for dry nasal mucous membranes, for care during pregnancy to avoid stretch marks, or for daily care, especially of dry areas such as elbows, heels, hands, shins. With a natural sun protection factor of 4, pure shea butter only absorbs a limited amount of UV rays and can be applied while sunbathing.

Pure shea butter is imported from Ghana and comes from controlled organic farming. Its melting range is 35 - 42 °C, so it becomes buttery soft on the skin and is quickly absorbed. The special thing about pure shea butter is its high proportion of unsaponifiable components, which means it keeps well and does not spoil as quickly as other fats and oils, even in tropical heat. Pure shea butter has natural vitamin E and a high proportion of unsaturated fatty acids such as oleic and linolenic acid.

Note: Pure Shea Butter is a natural product with a melting range of body temperature. It is not a cream in the traditional sense, but a pure fat that is solid at room temperature. When exposed to direct sunlight, pure shea butter becomes liquid, but in winter temperatures it becomes very hard. However, temperature fluctuations do not affect the quality of the product. It should be stored at room temperature (20° - 25°C).
